مدة الاسترجاع
لديك 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام طلبك لطلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
شروط المنتج
أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية.
أن تكون العبوة الأصلية وجميع الملحقات والكابلات والكتيبات موجودة.
أن يكون إيصال الطلب أو رقم الطلب متاحًا.
من يتحمل مصاريف الشحن
إذا غيّرت رأيك، يتحمل العميل مصاريف شحن الإرجاع.
أما إذا كان المنتج تالفًا أو معيبًا أو مختلفًا عمّا طلبته، فنحن نتحمل مصاريف الشحن بالكامل في الاتجاهين، ونرسل مندوبًا لاستلام المنتج.
استرداد المبلغ
بما أن الدفع يتم عند الاستلام، يتم رد المبلغ نقدًا أو عبر تحويل بنكي أو محفظة إلكترونية خلال 7 أيام عمل من استلامنا للمنتج والتأكد من حالته.
الضمان
جميع المنتجات مغطاة بـضمان سنة واحدة من المُصنّع ضد عيوب الصناعة. لا يشمل الضمان الكسر أو دخول المياه أو سوء الاستخدام أو التآكل الطبيعي.

We want you to be happy with what you buy from Known Store. If you are not, here is how returns work.
Return window
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
Condition of the item
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
Original packaging, accessories, cables and manuals must be included.
Please have your order number or receipt to hand.
Who pays return shipping
If you simply change your mind, return shipping is paid by the customer.
If the item arrived damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, we cover shipping both ways and arrange collection ourselves.
Refunds
Because orders are paid cash on delivery, refunds are issued in cash, by bank transfer or to a mobile wallet within 7 working days of us receiving the item and checking its condition.
Warranty
All products carry a one-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, misuse or normal wear.
How to start a return
Message us on WhatsApp or call 0127 901 0780, or email info@knownstore.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if the item is faulty.
