الطلبات
تقديم الطلب لا يُعد قبولًا نهائيًا. نؤكد الطلب هاتفيًا أو عبر واتساب قبل الشحن، ويحق لنا رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب في حال نفاد المخزون أو وجود خطأ في السعر أو تعذّر تأكيد الطلب.
الأسعار
جميع الأسعار بالجنيه المصري وشاملة الضرائب المطبقة، وقابلة للتغيير دون إشعار مسبق. السعر المعتمد هو السعر وقت تأكيد الطلب.
الدفع
الدفع عند الاستلام نقدًا. رفض استلام الشحنة بعد تأكيد الطلب قد يؤدي إلى رفض طلباتك المستقبلية.

نبذل جهدنا لعرض المنتجات والألوان بدقة، وقد تختلف الألوان قليلًا حسب شاشتك. المواصفات المذكورة من المُصنّع.
الضمان والاسترجاع
تخضع لسياسة الاسترجاع والضمان المنشورة على الموقع.
حدود المسؤولية
مسؤوليتنا عن أي طلب لا تتجاوز قيمة ذلك الطلب. لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي أضرار غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام المنتج بما يخالف تعليمات المُصنّع.

Orders
Placing an order is not final acceptance. We confirm every order by phone or WhatsApp before shipping, and we may refuse or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price is listed in error, or the order cannot be confirmed.
Prices
All prices are in Egyptian Pounds and include applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice; the price that applies is the one at the time your order is confirmed.
Payment
Payment is cash on delivery. Refusing a confirmed delivery may result in future orders being declined.

We try to show products and colours accurately; colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Specifications are as supplied by the manufacturer.
Warranty and returns

Limitation of liability
