How can I pay?
Cash on delivery, paid to the courier. Please have the amount ready when your parcel arrives.
How much is shipping?
120 EGP for orders under 700 EGP, 75 EGP for orders from 700 to 1,999 EGP, and free shipping for orders of 2,000 EGP or more.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are prepared and dispatched within one working day and usually arrive within 2 to 5 working days, depending on your governorate. Fridays and public holidays are not counted.
Do you deliver everywhere in Egypt?
Yes, we deliver to every governorate in Egypt through Bosta.
How do I track my order?
Bosta sends you a tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp as soon as your order ships. If it is later than expected, contact us with your order number.
Are the products genuine?
Yes. We are an authorised dealer for Outbox and Mcdodo, and every product we sell is genuine with the manufacturer’s warranty.
What is the warranty?
One year against manufacturing defects. It does not cover physical damage, water damage, misuse or normal wear.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging with all accessories. If you change your mind, return shipping is paid by you; if the item is faulty or not what you ordered, we cover shipping both ways and arrange collection. Refunds are issued in cash, by bank transfer or to a mobile wallet within 7 working days.
